Repairs

Amir Rasty himself trained his staff and his daughters to do these repairs. This service is carried out real specialists in their own workshops located in the store. The materials (wool, cotton, silk etc.) as well as the tools come directly from Iran. Not only do we deal with adding new life to a carpet, but also with entirely restoring old or antique pieces properly. Free of charge individual estimates will be made upon request for the repair of fringing, edges, holes or wear-and-tear. The time-frame will vary depending on the work to be carried out.

Cleaning and day-care 

Washing by hand and in water according to ancestral traditions in our own workshops and by real specialists. Each carpet is picked up from your home and delivered to you once the work is done approximately one week later. This cleaning is different and specific to each carpet. Indeed, some require dry cleaning (silk carpets), and others, according to ancestral tradition, washing by hand. The price of washing/cleaning is determined per square metre and varies according to the texture of the carpet. We also offer a care and storage service, ranging from a few months to several years. So we take care of your carpets during this period, where of course they will be insured by us. The price varies according to the size and value of the carpets.

Expertise

As an official expert on customs and insurance, Amir Rasty will come to your home by appointment. He will provide you with full information on the origin of the carpet, its age, finesse and current selling price. The cost of this expertise varies according to the number of carpets.

We also have a wide choice of carpet samples for you to browse through. These samples cover all qualities, ranging from pure virgin wool and synthetic to natural fibres (coir etc.). The carpets are offered at unrivalled prices, given that there is no middleman, and they come directly from the factory. Wooden floors are also on offer under the same conditions.
